As a contortion and flexibility coach, Hannah provides safe and effective ways to increase flexibility and learn the art of contortion with vast knowledge and expertise gained from 14 years in the industry. Hannah has a strong knowledge of the anatomical body and how contortion can be used correctly with precise technique and alignment to strengthen and increase flexibility. Hannah helps students get a better understanding of the art of contortion and their bodies by helping them access the flexibility they didn’t know that they had and then working to increase that flexibility utilizing correct contortion technique and alignment. Everybody is individual and whether it’s a private lesson, contortion class, or workshop, Hannah gives individualized attention, giving students specific exercises tailored to their bodies, to help each student reach his/her contortion goals.
